We hereby announce the invitation to the General Assembly of the company ALPHA ADRIATIC JSC to the holders of ordinary and preferred shares, which will be held on June 16th, 2023 at the Archaeological Museum of Istria in Pula, at Carrarina ulica 3, ground floor, starting at 11:00 am.
The invitation to the General Assembly, along with the proposed agenda, proposed decisions, explanation of proposed decisions, and instructions for participating at the General Assembly, are attached to this notice.
